The service
Svāda is a personal nutrition tracking service for individual, personal use. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Not medical advice
Svāda provides AI-generated nutrition estimates and general wellness insights. These are estimates, not measurements, and nothing in the app is medical advice. Do not use Svāda to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, fasting practice, or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, overwhelm the AI analysis endpoints, reverse engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Accounts that abuse the service can be suspended or terminated.
Your data
You own what you log. How your data is collected, processed, and deleted is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all its data at any time from within the app.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Nutrition estimates may be inaccurate; availability is not guaranteed; features may change or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
